We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Optimization Specialist to join our team at Earth Breeze. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for leading process design & optimization, scaling up new products, and enhancing plant operations.
As a Senior Process Engineer (reporting to the Manufacturing Plant Director), you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. You will also partner with R&D teams to transition new formulas and processes from lab-scale to full-scale production.
- About the Role:
- Develop and implement process control tools such as value stream mapping, Pareto charts, and statistical analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure rigorous process documentation, including SOPs and batch records, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Provide guidance to production staff and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
