Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Dispensary Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, cannabis industry knowledge, and a passion for creating a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, compliance, and staff scheduling.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations.
- Oversee financial operations, including cash handling, sales reporting, and achieving sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Lead staff training on product knowledge, customer interaction, and compliance updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong understanding of state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for cannabis education and advocacy.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass any required background checks.
