Job Title: Logistics and Administrative Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and physically capable Logistics and Administrative Associate to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage logistics operations, oversee inventory control, and ensure the efficient flow of goods. You’ll also support administrative functions, including processing payroll, generating financial reports, and assisting the owner with various tasks.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong understanding of logistics processes. You'll need to be comfortable lifting heavy items, operating forklifts, and managing both logistics operations and administrative tasks. A strong work ethic, good physical stamina, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy materials safely.
• Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track inventory levels and maintain efficient stock records.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Process payroll and assist in preparing financial reports as part of back-office duties.
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency in both logistics and administrative functions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting, including cost analysis and budget tracking.
• Support the owner with various personal assistant tasks and administrative duties.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage stock levels and assist with financial tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems, logistics software, and CMMS.
• Experience with freight operations and shipping documentation.
• Ability to operate forklifts and safely lift heavy materials. Certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Experience with payroll and financial reporting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
