What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member position at Earth, Turf, and Wood Inc.?
We are looking for self-motivated individuals in the Hardscaping and Landscaping industry who are willing to work as part of a team under the direction of the Project Manager and Supervisor to complete projects in a timely manner. We have openings in both our landscape and hardscape crews.
The hardscape crew will be responsible for, but not limited to, installing patios, walks, walls, and plant material around the patios. The landscape crew will be responsible for, but not limited to, planting plant material on our planting jobs, mulching, and performing spring cleanups.
A pre-employment drug test is required, as well as random drug tests throughout employment. ETW is a tobacco-free company.
We offer paid CDL Class A training to qualified candidates, with a pay increase once your license is obtained.
Compensation is based on experience:
$20–$26/hr
Average 45–50 hours per week, overtime paid after 40 hours
Performance bonuses paid quarterly after the waiting period
6 paid holidays per year
