Are you experienced in landscaping or hardscaping and looking to grow with a professional, team-oriented company? We’re hiring Experienced Landscape and Hardscape Crew Members to join our crews for the upcoming season and beyond.
We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the landscaping and/or hardscaping industry. You'll work under the direction of a project manager and crew supervisor to complete residential and commercial projects with precision and care.
Job Responsibilities
Hardscape Crew:
- Install patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Handle base prep, grading, and compaction
- Plant material installation around patios and outdoor spaces
- Operate tools and equipment safely
Landscape Crew:
- Install shrubs, trees, and other plant materials
- Perform mulching, edging, and seasonal clean-ups
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in landscaping or hardscaping (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
