What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Crew Driver position at EarthBalance Corp?
We are looking for bilingual field crew drivers who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for restoring the natural environment. Our skilled crew members implement habitat restoration projects, perform invasive vegetation removal, felling and chipping of trees using chainsaws and chippers, and identify native and exotic plants in both wetland and upland environments.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to travel with overnight stays out of state which may last several weeks (lodging and per diem are provided).
- Ability to work for any employer in the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Work Duties:
- You will be responsible for loading and unloading the equipment necessary to carry out the work at different job sites.
- You will transport crew personnel to different jobsites within the state of Florida, as well as other states.
- The majority of our crew work in forests, swamps, mangroves, and beaches.
- Work will involve the use of 4x4 utility vehicles, swamp buggies, airboats and other vehicles, and carrying heavy backpacks while traversing uneven terrain on foot.
Skills Needed:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
- Ability to carry a backpack weighing up to 50 lbs. while walking on uneven terrain is a must.
- Ability to wield a machete is a must.
- Knowledge of native and exotic plants is a plus.
- Experience operating chainsaws, string mowers, pole saws, herbicide sprayers, and other handheld equipment.
- Ability to operate GPS units.
- Ability to work in extreme heat and often wet conditions.
Work Environment:
All of the duties of this crew driver position are performed outside. You will be constantly moving through uneven terrain, wetlands, beaches, mangroves, and other types of natural environments.
