• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
• Analyze candidate profiles and make recommendations for hire
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential future hires
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and materials
• Provide forecasting and analysis of hiring needs based on business growth plans Requirements:
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and process skills Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
