• 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
