Job Description
As Vice President of Continuous Improvement, you will lead strategic transformation across our global operations to drive performance, enhance quality, optimize efficiency, and integrate systems. Reporting directly to the President, this role will be instrumental in unifying process improvements across our light manufacturing, liquid production, and assembly operations—while aligning IT, systems, and sales growth initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and brings a balanced blend of operational discipline, cross-functional expertise, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles
- Lead and work with cross-functional teams across light manufacturing, liquids/blending, assembly, and fulfillment operations
- Own and drive efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvement KPIs across the organization
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to support customer-centric process enhancements and scalable growth strategies
- Oversee P&L cost optimizations for multiple operational divisions, aligning strategic goals with financial performance
- Lead IT and systems integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and future growth
- Develop, maintain and enhance standard work processes and SOPs across all sites
- Provide mentorship and leadership development across plant and operational teams
- Travel to company sites, suppliers, and customers (at times >50%) to drive engagement, accountability, and alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven P&L ownership and success in leading multi-site operations
- Experience in light manufacturing, liquid/oil production, and assembly environments
- Background in wellness, health & beauty, personal care, or consumer goods preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer experience, and business development strategies
- Demonstrated success implementing ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies
- Comfortable leading teams in both office and plant environments
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across domestic and international locations
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 DOE. Company bonus.
