EarthSafe Chemical Alternatives is recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Owner/CEO of the company.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. A high level of:
· Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
· Professionalism in dealing with management is critical
· Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance
· React with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture
· Must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the company
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Self-directed with excellent time management skills
· Skill consistent with a high energy work environment
· Ability to assess and initiate things independently
· Extreme attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to multi-task
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
· Possess ability to correspond exceptionally in written and vocal speech.
· Upon occasion, order personal items
· Make Travel arrangements
· Follow-up to see tasks through to completion
· Expert computer skills (including Office and Cloud based areas)
· This position is on-site based at 145 Wood Road, Braintree MA
· Notary preferred
