Job Description
The EarthScapes Ops Admin position directly supports the Operations department of Earthscapes Lawn and Land Service by providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and Department Managers. This job may involve but not limited to daily management of the schedule in our Landscape Management Network (LMN), Putting together estimate shells on LMN, making calls to customers to coordinate work schedules, verifying crew time in LMN with GPS tracking, processing and recording job invoices, contacting vendors to update pricing, procuring materials for job sites, and working with the city to pull required permits for landscape projects or 811 Miss Utility requests. This position is responsible for reconciling Landscape Management Network (LMN) timesheets, attendance tracker, lunch break tracker and COGS tracker for job costing. Additional duties may include deep dives into the Verizon GPS tracking system to produce drive time and crew productivity and safety reports.
Performance skills and qualifications:
- Ability to understand and effectively create, use, and edit Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets
- Strong LMN knowledge and experience (OJT)
- Effective organization and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay on track
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management
- Ability to speak clearly and engage with customers on a positive note
Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 or 4-year degree in a Landscape or Business related field is a plus
- Administrative experience, 5 years
- Landscape / construction industry knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
