Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient check-out procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.

- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries effectively.
