Job Summary: Equipment Operator
We're seeking an exceptionally skilled Equipment Operator with expertise in finishing on a Loader. In this role, you will:
- Cut grade to plus or minus a tenth.
- Follow detailed project plans and supervisor instructions to exceed project requirements.
- Uphold the highest safety standards and maintain a pristine work environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to team success.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different personality types
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
