Job Summary – Grading Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Grading Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable operating heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Work outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Follow project plans and superintendent instructions while leading the crew
✔ Plan ahead for materials, labor, and equipment needs
✔ Track costs, labor hours, and material usage accurately
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
✔ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and uphold the highest safety standards
✔ Read and interpret blue stake markings, plans, and survey stakes
✔ Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
✔ Effectively communicate with crew members and supervisors
✔ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to team success

Job Type & Schedule:

Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts Overtime Available
