Web Content Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Web Content Specialist to become part of our team. The successful candidate will handle the coordination of content development, updates, localization, and approval processes for website materials. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities, an eye for detail, and strong collaboration skills to support our mission of expanding outreach and raising awareness about clinical trials to diverse global communities, ultimately driving enrollment efforts.

Primary Duties:

• Timeline Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and marketing partners to schedule and manage content production timelines.
• Content Oversight: Supervise the creation, revision, and publishing of web content while maintaining accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Change Tracking: Implement and manage a robust system to monitor and document updates to content versions.
• Localization Management: Oversee the localization process for web materials, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality translations.
• Approval Processes: Facilitate the content review and approval stages, ensuring all material receives the necessary stakeholder sign-offs before being published.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing digital or web content.
• Strong skills in organization and project management.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
• Familiarity with content management platforms and tools for version tracking.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
