Job Overview
Thorough and in-depth knowledge of ERP Systems, Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning
- Creating and maintaining detailed master production and material plans for the product line to use in driving Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and planning production capacity to support SOP
- Run and controls MRP in order to guarantee the required production flexibility and reach the targeted inventory levels
- Addresses the procedure from initial data collection and analysis to MRP generation.
- Load the forecast data into MRP
- Produces and distributes the build plan to the Contract Manufacturers taking MRP results and CM flexibility constraints into account
- Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving obtaining results
- Introduces and integrates new technologies and/or new processes, as needed
- Manages raw materials inventory levels
- Develop and maintain necessary records and documentation in compliance with ISO system requirements
- Manage daily activities of the Production Control Team
Degree in BA\\BS in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or 7 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in ERP Software, familiarity with NetSuite programs is a plus
- Mastery of MS Office and Excel for efficient data communication, Power Bi is a plus
- Familiarity with MES software
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with engineering, technical support, and management.
- Comfortable presenting in front of small to medium sized groups
- Outstanding business acumen commercial and financial understanding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
