As a Master Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in our mission by ensuring the smooth execution of our production schedules. You’ll coordinate daily activities across departments, develop innovative production strategies, and set ambitious targets to meet our goals. Collaborating closely with our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure that materials are in place to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive production and material planning using ERP systems and MRP tools.
- Maintain detailed master production plans to support our product line.
- Analyze data and generate MRP outputs to meet targeted inventory levels.
- Manage raw materials inventory and compliance with ISO requirements.
- Lead the Production Control Team in daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in ERP software (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for engaging presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of commercial and financial dynamics.
