eAssist is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic People Services Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR, ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience. This is a full-time, exempt position that will be remote from the state of Utah.
Here's what you'll get to do:
Be the HRIS Hero: Master our HRIS system (ADP) and keep employee data organized and accurate.
- Recruiting Rockstar: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Employee Champion: Answer questions, provide guidance, and build strong relationships with our amazing team.
- Onboarding Superstar: Make new hires feel welcome and set them up for success.
- Data Analyst: Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations that improve our HR processes.
- Performance Management Partner: Assist with the performance management process, including goal setting and reviews.
- Benefits: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.

What you'll bring to the table:
HR Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Communication Whiz: You're a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Organizational Guru: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable using computers and software like Google Suite.
- Confidentiality Champion: You understand the importance of discretion and can handle sensitive information with care.
Proactive: You are all about taking ownership for your stewardship and working to improve systems and make eAssist better!
Bonus Points:
HR Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR - Let your credentials shine!
ADP Expertise: Prior experience with ADP is a major plus.
