The Controller will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and must be fully committed to working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
- Manage the month-end close process, preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Lead financial audits and continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior financial executive, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience.
