In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s continued growth. The Controller will play a pivotal role in financial strategy, process improvements, and partnering with leadership to ensure the company’s financial goals are achieved. This role requires a full commitment to working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, maintaining robust internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met and support long-term business strategy.
- Lead financial audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior financial executive, ideally in a private equity-backed or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Extensive experience with month-end close processes, financial reporting, and audits.
- Demonstrated ability to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience.
