Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
- Manage the month-end close process, preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals and strategies.
- Lead financial audits and support continuous improvement in accounting processes.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior financial executive, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
