The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role is critical to aligning the company’s financial goals with its growth strategy. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and support long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, delivering variance analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Support capital allocation decisions by conducting scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and investment prioritization.
- Assist in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial modeling.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role, preferably in a PE-backed or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong ability to provide financial insights that support executive-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Experience with M&A and related financial analysis is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on experience.
