Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and valuation for potential investment opportunities.
- Perform due diligence, including market research, financial statement analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Support deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive financial and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, advisors, and other financial institutions.
- Prepare and present investment memos and reports to the investment committee and senior leadership.
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in the execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience working on deals, including sourcing, structuring, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
