The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the retail sector, with a proven track record of leading successful businesses. The candidate will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

- Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the retail industry, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and financial acumen, with experience managing a multi-functional business.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Experience with M&A activities and the ability to lead acquisitions and integrations effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $285,000 to $305,000 per year, depending on experience.
