POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of the Sleep Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of the center, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. This leadership role involves managing a team of sleep technologists, clinicians, and support staff while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals with sleep disorders.
Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating sleep studies, managing patient care protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining patient and provider satisfaction. In addition, the Manager will contribute to program development and community outreach efforts to promote the center's services.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- Associates Degree
Minimum Experience
- 3-5 years experience in the field of Sleep or Neurodiagnostics
Required Registration/License/Certification
- BRPT or AASM Board Certification or R. EEG T. or both
- BLS Within 90 days of hire or transfer
Preferred Education
- Bachelors or Master's
Preferred Experience
- 2 - 3 years management experience in one of the functional areas
Preferred Registration/License/Certification
- BRPT - RPSGT-R.EEGT.
