- POSITION SUMMARY
- Level 2 RN provides critical and on-going care to premature and sick infants around the clock. The RN will frequently assess, evaluate and oversee the patients and report changes in condition to the NNP or MD. They shall promote a culture of safety while assuring excellence in patient care. The level 2 RN will also provide continued education support to the immediate family/caregivers.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Minimum Experience- 1 year preferred
Required Registration/License/Certification- Current and valid RN license from AL
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation required within 3 months of hire
Preferred Education- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Preferred Experience- 2 years of NICU experience
Preferred Registration/License/Certification- N/A
