Tow Truck Operator Part Time 4-10pm M-W

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries.
• Load and unload materials using flatbed trucks as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic mechanical repairs on equipment.
• Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and report any issues to management

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid NYS drivers license with tow endorsement required. No CDL requirement.
• Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally.
• A solid understanding of mechanics to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Knowledgeable of how to commute in and around the City of Rochester

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
