Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Load and unload materials using flatbed trucks as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic mechanical repairs on equipment.
- Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and report any issues to management
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Valid NYS drivers license with tow endorsement required. No CDL requirement.
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally.
- A solid understanding of mechanics to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Knowledgeable of how to commute in and around the City of Rochester

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
