Were seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO in achieving organizational goals and maintaining our reputation for quality and service.
Role Overview :
The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the leadership team, ensuring the CEOs office operates seamlessly. This role involves managing daily operations, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative and strategic support to help drive the companys mission forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and clients, suppliers, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring key initiatives stay on course.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Organize and coordinate events, including client meetings and team gatherings.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity in all interactions.
