What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Sales Associate Commission based position at East Coast Appliance?

Typical compensation for salespeople in our stores is $50,000 to $70,000 a year based on skills and abilities.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of about 5 days.

Sales Associate qualifications and requirement:
- Pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical and drug test.
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- Previous sales experience with verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in the area of appliances or big-ticket items, preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.
