East Coast Fireplace & Patio is the premier destination for high-end fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and custom fire features in luxury residential and commercial spaces. As we expand our B2B reach, we are looking for an Architectural Sales Manager to drive specification-based sales through architects, designers, builders, and developers.
This role is perfect for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on networking, attending trade shows, and working with design professionals to integrate our premium fireplace solutions into high-end projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Manage B2B Relationships – Build and maintain partnerships with architects, interior designers, home builders, developers, and contractors to specify our fireplaces in their projects.
- Luxury Product Consultation & Specification – Assist specifiers in selecting the right fireplaces, venting systems, and outdoor fire features for their projects while ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Technical & CAD Collaboration – Work with clients to review technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD renderings to ensure proper fit and functionality of fireplaces in design plans.
- Networking & Industry Engagement – Actively attend service area builder association events, trade shows, and professional networking groups to expand brand awareness & build sales pipelines.
- Sales Pipeline & Project Management – Track leads, manage the specification-to-sale cycle, and collaborate with designers and installers to ensure a seamless experience from planning to completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- B2B Sales Experience (Preferred in Architecture, Design, or Building Materials) – 3 years selling to architects, designers, builders, developers, or contractors. Experience in fireplaces, high-end appliances, outdoor kitchens, or luxury home products is a plus.
- Technical & CAD Experience – Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software to understand design plans and assist clients in specifying products.
- Strong Networking & Trade Show Presence – Comfortable with attending trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to drive brand exposure and generate leads.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple projects, understand building codes, and guide clients through technical decisions.
- Self-Starter with a Consultative Sales Approach – Someone who excels at relationship-building and long-term client development rather than transactional sales.
- NFI Certifications are a Plus – If not certified, we offer strong incentives for earning NFI certifications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $50,000 (Plus Unlimited Big-Ticket Commissions & Performance-Based Bonuses)
Commission:
