As a Fireplace Sales specialist, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality top of the line fireplace products and services to a variety of clients. We are seeking someone who is not only knowledgeable and experienced in sales, but who also possesses the interpersonal skills needed to work with all types of people with ease. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is calm under pressure, kind, respectful, polite, and above all else, always professional.

Qualifications:
- Tech savvy and ability to work with a digital CRM effective & efficiently
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of fireplaces and their installation is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct sales consultations with potential customers and provide them with information on our products and services
- Generate new leads through networking, cold/warm-calling, and other sales techniques
- Adaptive sales presentations to fit the needs and preferences of each prospective client
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new sales strategies & ideas
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
