DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Position Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with company growth goals, delivering measurable business outcomes such as increased revenue and lower acquisition costs.
- Executes and manages the entire paid media campaign process, including concept development, creative ideation, audience targeting, execution, launch, and optimization.
- Partners cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams to optimize marketing strategies.
- Establishes key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure campaigns exceed revenue targets.
- Builds and implements accurate measurement frameworks for campaign attribution and develop comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Makes real-time, data-informed decisions to scale campaigns and adapt strategies to evolving business goals and market conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with leadership and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in managing audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Strong ability to develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel management, and creative testing.
- Deep understanding of platform attribution and measurement models.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
- 2 years of experience in large-scale paid media campaign execution.
- Proven expertise in leading and executing paid search and paid social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, pixel and conversion tracking, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
