Property Management Company is seeking an Administrative assistant to join our team. This position requires an organized individual who possesses strong attention to detail and can set and meet deadlines.
The ideal candiate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. Rent Manager experience MUST
Responsible for entering work orders into Rent Manager , greeting owners/ vendors, and directing them to the correct department.
Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting with any inbound calls as well as directing calls to the appropriate extension
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
