Compensation:
$150,000 to $300,000 annually (inclusive of salary and commission)
Job Summary:

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee sales efforts across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, and home warranty services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee sales operations across all ECM departments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to foster high performance and professional growth.
- Implement effective sales processes, ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
- Analyzesales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align sales strategies with operational capacity.
- Utilize and promote the effective use of modern technology, including CRM systems, to streamline processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of exceptional sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in home services sales, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- High energy and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales technology to enhance productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and implement strategies effectively.
