The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt quickly when issues arise during a call. This person will handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance to our valued customers. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift between 10am-7pm
- Possible OT
Required skills and qualifications:
- Manage and renew customer contracts to ensure continued service and satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage in sales activities, including outbound and warm calling, to promote products and services.
- Demonstrate effective communication and phone etiquette while negotiating with customers and closing sales.
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- 2 yrs consultative customer service experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Contract Renewals or warranty sales experience a plus
- Ability to learn, retain and communicate service and product information effectively
- Must be detail oriented, self motivated and posses solid follow up skills
- Strong computer, data entry and administrative skills required
- Bi-lingual a plus
- High closing percentage of outbound calls/leads
- Timely follow up on all leads not closed same day
