About the Role

The Customer Relationship Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Company products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and sales strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of Company services and products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on customer relationship building and revenue growth.
