RV Sales Assistant

East Coast RVs is a full line RV dealer serving Central PA and surrounding areas with a great selection of Recreational vehicles. We stock 75-150 RVs offering a broad line-up of popular brands. East Coast RVS has a great opportunity for the right individual. We're looking for the right individual. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated RV Sales Assistant to join our team!

As an RV Sales Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our sales team, helping customers find the perfect RV for their adventures. You’ll assist in managing the sales process, from greeting customers to providing product information, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you’re passionate about RVs and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit for you! Enjoy 5 day work week, and reduced hours in the offseason/winter months. Work week includes Saturday until mid afternoon and we are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and lot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in store.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Math skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
• Passion for RVs and outdoor activities is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
