Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for 4 product lines tailored to B2B audiences, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, content creation, website, blog, and events.
- Craft compelling messaging and create sales-enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and white papers.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Lead the design and execution of ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
- Develop personalized campaigns, including tailored content and outreach strategies for key target accounts.
- Partner with sales to create account-specific marketing strategies and measure the success of ABM efforts.
Growth & Demand Generation:
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels while scaling existing ones.
- Drive demand generation strategies through SEO, paid advertising, webinars, and lead nurture programs.
- Work with sales to implement and optimize referral and upsell programs to maximize growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product line teams to craft go-to-market strategies and align product messaging.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and data to improve lead conversion rates and develop scalable sales enablement tools.
Data & Analytics:
- Track and analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data, feedback, and goals.
- Continuously track and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Leverage data to refine messaging, target segmentation, and marketing strategies.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- A drive to create campaigns that promote demand generation and customer acquisition strategies for B2B markets.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to distill complex solutions into impactful messaging.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Collaboration and communication mindset to work cross-functionally between teams and product lines.
- Not afraid to take risks and try different strategies to see what resonates and what doesn’t.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Expertise in growth marketing tactics such as A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- SaaS marketing experience.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Experience in B2B and Saas marketing in data and analytics solutions – but not required.

Salary range is $55,000 - $95,000 plus bonus opportunities depending on experience.
