Position Summary :
The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
Responsibilities :
Introducing our new Pulmonary and Cardiac Programs to our healthcare partners and marketing the program outcomes.
Conducting marketing and sales call to build referring relationships and partnerships.
Maintaining CRM with data from referrals and sales activity.
Cultivating / Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
Coordinates tours and admissions
Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
Regular marketing and sales calls to build referring relationships and partnerships.
Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliers
Qualifications / Experience :
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
High school diploma or equivalent
Shift & Wage :
Full-Time Opportunity Available
Shifts Needed : Flexible Hours
Salary : $65,000-$90,000 annually (based on clinical knowledge and experience)
