Position Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for capturing compelling photos and videos of our construction sites, teams in action, and finished projects. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence and helping us grow our business by strategically leveraging social media platforms to attract potential clients, promote our work, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos on construction sites and during team activities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), showcasing our projects, company culture, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Edit photos and videos to ensure professional quality and alignment with brand identity.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Schedule and post content regularly while monitoring engagement and responding to comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to highlight key projects and milestones.
- Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in construction and social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills, particularly in a professional setting.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and marketing strategies.
- Own a professional camera and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with occasional travel to job sites.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
