Summary
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Hozio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our clients' online presence and engagement. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving traffic and improving brand visibility across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies for various clients.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and brand perception.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences across multiple platforms.
- Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on Facebook (Meta Ads Manager).
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS; report on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI across campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing Paid Facebook/Meta Ads Campaigns.
- Experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on performance, ROI, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in social media.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.
