Job description
East Harbor Financial is looking for an accountant to support our executive and finance team on the following:
Handling bookkeeping (Accrual method is a must)
AP/AR, invoices, and check writing
Maintain investment files and supporting documentation
collect and analyze data to prepare reports or documents, and conduct research if needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's in business "accounting or corporate finance"
- minimum (2) years of office environment with bookkeeping or accounting
- minimum (3) years of experience providing support at a high-level executive
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as QuickBooks, tax software, and Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
