We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our mental health facility. The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our patients. This role requires a strong leader with a commitment to patient care, staff development, and program improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Clinical Oversight:**
- Provide leadership and direction for clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure the integration of evidence-based practices in treatment protocols.
2. **Program Development:**
- Design and implement innovative mental health programs that meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service accessibility and quality.
3. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional development.
4. **Quality Assurance:**
- Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve services.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
5. **Budgeting and Resource Management:**
- Assist in the development and management of the clinical budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and program funding applications.
6. **Community Engagement:**

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure in Idaho as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, Psychologist).
