What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Busser position at East Liberty Tap House?
East Liberty Tap House in Salt Lake City, UT is located on 850 E. 900 S.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Host Responsibilities
- Processing and organizing takeout orders
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Assisting servers and bussers as needed
Bus Responsibilities
- Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
- Reset tables with regard to health department standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Run food as needed
- Assist servers and host as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must obtain food handlers permit and alcohol certification
- Must be able to be on your feet for more than five hours
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Professional, sense of urgency
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
