This role manages a team to craft exceptional culinary experiences and create unforgettable moments for our guests. We are the soul of the Restaurant and Bar operations as the food we serve allows our guests to enjoy wonderful dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day :

• Responsible for general day to day running of the department and to constantly improve standards
• Checks and monitors food preparation, cost, quality, quantity and portion control
• Ensure hygiene standards are kept to the highest standards at all times by working closely with Stewards to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area as well as equipment and utensils
• Organizes and follow through trainings and conduct / attend daily meetings with the team
• Maximizes team member productivity through inspirational leadership, creating a positive and open and atmosphere in the department that will impact on individual and departmental performance
• Develops , designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
