We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using office phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with general office management tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
