Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavioral health services in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support clients with disabilities
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical documentation
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams
