Skill Requirements: Use of Word, Aprima/AllScripts MyWay, knowledge of medical terminology, excellent communication skills a must.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED minimum
Experience Requirements: 2 or more years as a receptionist preferred

Duties:
· Answer phones
· Patient appointment scheduling of both new and established patients
· Take detailed messages and relay them to appropriate parties
· Check in patients for clinic and ensure proper completion of registration documentation
· Manage incoming and outgoing faxes
· At times provide check out services for patients during appointments
· Prepare and send medical records requests
-Assist the surgery scheduler in sending booking forms to hospital
-Call to confirm surgical dates with patients
-Fill in tasks for both front and back end
· Perform special duties as needed
Compensation: $17.00/hr. - $20.00/hr, BOE. Health insurance,, Sick time and vacation time included.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
