Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Facilitate group and family sessions to promote education and support.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and case management services when necessary.
Education and Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in social or health services field.
- Prior experience working in an addiction recovery and/or MAT environment.
- Current licensure/certification in one of the following areas: CAC, CAS, CADAC, CRC, LADC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
